Please note the current seven (7) licensure rules that are being repealed have been incorporated into a single rule governing licensure, the Proposed ADE Rules Governing Educator Licensure. 

A public hearing on all of the rules listed above will be held on July 11, 2012, beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the ADE Auditorium, Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock.

The proposed rules and repeals are attached, may be obtained from the Legal Services Office at the address above, and are available online at the website above.

Comments on the rules will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on July 16, 2012.
