Commissioner's Memos

On June 11, 2012, the State Board of Education released the following rules for public comment:

• Revisions to ADE Rules Governing Public School Student Services
• Revisions to ADE Rules Governing Technology Training Centers in Education Service Cooperatives
• Revisions to ADE Rules Identifying and Governing the Arkansas Fiscal Assessment and Accountability Program 

A public hearing on all of the rules listed above will be held on July 11, 2012, beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the ADE Auditorium, Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock.

Comments may be mailed to the the Legal Services Office; Four Capitol Mall, Room 404-A, Little Rock, AR 72201.  Comments may also be emailed to ADE.RulesComments@arkansas.gov or submitted online at http://arkansased.org/about/rules/pending.html.

The proposed rules are attached, may be obtained from the Legal Services Office at the address above, and are available online at the website above.

Comments on the rules will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on July 16, 2012.
