The Arkansas Department of Education is authorized by Ark. Code Ann. § 6-20-2202(e)(1) to withhold state aid from school districts that fail to file budgets and other required reports in a timely manner. The Department is required to submit to all districts a list of required reports with the due dates by July 1 so that districts will know in advance what reports are required and when.
The attached list for 2012-2013 is submitted to comply with this legislation. The list has been updated to identify those reports that are to be submitted electronically. Six reports are still in the development stage for electronic submission. If they are not developed in time for electronic submission, written forms will be distributed.
