Per Arkansas Code Annotated §26-26-401, et.seq., rollback calculations are to be performed before the Quorum Court levies the millage rates. Over the past years, the Assessment Coordination Department (ACD) has performed this task if requested by the county. HOWEVER, from this point forward, the counties (county clerks) will be responsible for completing this task.
If there are questions regarding the above rollback information, please contact ACD at 501-324-9113.
